After Reconstitution

Once the vial has been reconstituted with bacteriostatic water for laboratory use, keep it refrigerated at 2–8 °C at all times. Reconstituted material remains stable for 14–30 days depending on the compound. Never freeze a reconstituted vial — ice crystal formation degrades molecular structure and reduces stability.

Handling Best Practices

Keep vials in their original packaging to protect from light. Avoid repeated temperature cycling (fridge → counter → fridge). Wipe the rubber closure with an alcohol swab before each draw to maintain sterility of the vial contents.

If Your Package Arrives Warm or Damaged

Lyophilized material is unaffected by transit temperatures, so a warm package is not a concern. However, if the outer box is crushed, the vial is cracked, the contents appear discolored, or moisture is visible inside the vial, do not use the product.
